Jay's Barn consists of a double bedroom, fully equipped shower room, and an open plan kitchen/ lounge area. The barn is situated in a peaceful village with far-reaching views across the Staffordshire countryside.

Inside:
The well equipped kitchen includes an electric cooker, microwave, fridge and breakfast bar.
There is a comfortable lounge with TV and radio with far-reaching views across the lush fields. There is an information pack about the area including details of attractions, shops etc.
The Barn has one bedroom with two single beds. All bed-linen is provided.
The shower-room has a washbasin, toilet, and separate shower. Towels are provided.
Outside:
The barn is set in its own grounds with a fragrant garden, patio and seating area. The location is very peaceful, surrounded by open fields with beautiful views across the Staffordshire landscape.
We have created a wildlife garden with shrubs which are attractive to insects and butterflies. This provides a wonderful space to enjoy the fresh air and relax in the picturesque Staffordshire Moorlands countryside.
The Barn offers a range of facilities to meet most requirements:
General:
All on one level, the barn also has level access with parking just outside the door. All doorways are wide enough to allow easy access for a wheelchair with folding and sliding doors. Windows have blinds to make use easier. Sockets and switches are also at a suitable height. Sorry but we do not allow pets other than guide dogs. Please note also that this is a non-smoking establishment.
Bedroom:
This consists of two single beds with direct access to the garden. Beds will be made up for your arrival. Should you require any additional sets throughout the week then these will be charged at £10 per bed. See terms & conditions
Bathroom:
Wheel-in shower with shower chair. Space underneath the low level washbasin to allow easy access. Grabrails, supports and non-slip flooring. One set of towels is provided per week. See terms and conditions.

Terms & conditions
Payment Terms: A deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking. Final balance due before your arrival.
Bedding: One set of bedding & towels will be supplied per bed per week. Beds will be made up for your arrival. Should you require any additional sets throughout the week then these will be charged at £10 per bed. Any damage to bedding or towels will be taken from the damage deposit. You are welcome to bring your own bedding and if there is a likelihood of "accidents" then we recommend this. We regret having to take these steps but this is due to abuse of our hospitality by some guests.
Damage Deposit: We ask also when you send your final balance of payment to include a separate cheque for £50 for damages that may be incurred. We will return this cheque within a week of your departure once the property has been inspected. (Last season I had some serious damage to the barn which is why I've had to introduce this. I'm sorry about any inconvenience. )
